Delivery Policies

1. Guarantees: a 48-hour guarantee is required on all meal functions. This minimum number will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. An increase in the guaranteed attendance will be accepted 24 hours before the function. A 25% service charge will be assessed if an event is cancelled after the 48-hour guarantee. If no guarantee is received, we will consider your original indication of number of attendees as the guarantee.

2. Pricing: There will be a 19% service charge and 9.25% sales tax added to the total bill. Taxes are added to the food and beverage including service charge. Food and beverage prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Presentation: All foods and beverages are presented in quality disposable containers. No china or glassware is used for Hampton Inn & Suites daytime business functions.

4. Evening functions at Hampton Inn & Suites such as rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, etc. may be up-scaled with china plates, silver dinnerware and glassware for an additional charge of $7.50 per person.
